Return/Refund Policy for Services

(No Refunds)

Due to the nature of the services provided by Workstream AI LLC, we cannot offer full/partial refunds. If your service has not yet been rendered, refunds may be considered. If the service you purchased has already been completed by Workstream AI LLC, refunds cannot be issued.

If you feel that Workstream AI LLC has not performed the service to your satisfaction, please contact us at support@insta-agent.net to request a refund of any payments made within 7 days and we will let you know if we have any questions in order to process your request.

Return Policy

Due to the digital nature of this product, no returns will be accepted. However if you are unsatisfied with your purchase and are seeking a refund, please see our Refund Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Workstream AI LLC's services are charged on a month-to-month basis. You may cancel at any time, and all benefits will terminate on the date upon which you cancel. To avoid an upcoming monthly fee, you may cancel your upcoming month up to 7 days in advance of your renewal date in order to avoid being charged for the next month.

In the event your credit card cannot be charged, Workstream AI LLC reserves the right to terminate your service. If you have trouble canceling your membership, please email support@insta-agent.net from the email address currently associated with your Membership.

What information does Workstream AI collect and store?

Personal Information

When expressing an interest in obtaining additional information about the Services or registering to use the Services, Workstream AI requires you to provide your personal contact information, such as your name, company name, address, phone number, and email address. When purchasing the Services, Workstream AI also requires you to provide financial and billing information, such as billing name and address, credit card number, and the number of employees within the organization that will be using the Services.

Data, Diagnostic & Login Information

Using Workstream AI's Services, you will be able to create, upload, store and share information such as company description, email ID, logo, photos, custom emails, user email IDs, etc. If you run into technical errors, Workstream AI may request your permission to obtain a crash report along with certain logging information from your system. Additionally, certain login information is maintained in a cookie stored locally on your computer in order to streamline the login process.

Analytics Information

As you navigate Workstream AI's website and use our Services, Workstream AI may also collect information through the use of frequently used information-gathering tools, such as cookies and Web beacons. This includes standard information from your web browser, your IP address, and the actions you take on Workstream AI's website.

Third party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to your website or other websites. Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Ads Settings or by visiting www.aboutads.info.

• Data, Diagnostic Information and Login Information — We use this information solely for the purpose of administering and improving our Services to you.
• Analytics Information — Workstream AI may use your Analytics Information in conjunction with an analytics service such as Google Analytics to monitor and analyze use of the Services.

InstaAgent (operated by Workstream AI, LLC) offers a live product demonstration via an automated outbound phone call. By submitting the demo request form on insta-agent.ai, you expressly consent to receive a single automated telephone call from Workstream AI, LLC at the phone number you provide.

• The call is made using automated dialing technology and may use a pre-recorded or AI-generated voice.
• This consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to provide consent to receive a demo call in order to purchase or use InstaAgent.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To opt out, you may hang up at any time or reply "STOP" if contacted via SMS. You may also contact us at privacy@insta-agent.ai to request that your number not be called.
• Workstream AI, LLC logs consent records including the timestamp, IP address, and exact consent language agreed to at the time of form submission. These records are retained for compliance purposes.
